Do you enjoy work that blends technology, customer interaction, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact? As an Employer Health and Well-Being System Specialist, you’ll help bring employer well-being programs to life by configuring and managing portals, programs, communications, and reporting that support employees in building healthier habits. You’ll work closely with internal partners including Well-Being Consultants, Account Management teams, and vendors to service the client, troubleshoot issues, and ensure programs are delivered as expected. This could be a great fit if you’re someone who loves the details, is comfortable working with a variety of systems, and can confidently lead a customer conversation, all while being responsive, collaborative, and accountable for delivering a great experience.
