What you can expect​As an individual contributor, you will spearhead the design and execution of training programs. You will equip members of our Revenue teams with the essential knowledge and skills required for success in their roles. You're a business partner to Commercial and Healthcare Sales Leaders conducting needs assessments and determine enablement initiatives. You are passionate about sales, including methodologies and processes, and thrive on helping others succeed.About the TeamYou’ll be part of the GTM Revenue Enablement Team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Enablement. We work with stakeholders equipping them with the content and skills necessary to excel in their roles. As a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to apply creative skills to solve sales problems alongside a team of talented Enablement and Operations professionals.What we’re looking for⦁ 3+ years experience in sales enablement with a successful track record of training and developing sales teams⦁ Have experience interpreting and optimizing enablement programs based on data insights⦁ Have program management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines⦁ Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning management systems⦁ Experience with sales process (CRM) and sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC)⦁ Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$86,400.00Maximum:$167,600.00At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
