Actalent is Seeking a Geotechnical EngineerDescription:
Duties include preparing proposals, conducting and reviewing construction field observation activities, and reviewing materials tests and reports.
Create soil logs from field logs and samples and put into a typed document/ form
Available to work in the field or in office depending on preference of work.
Utilize log drafts/ MS Office
Will work on 3-4 projects at a time
Will draft together reports and send to Sr. Engineer to review before sending to client.
Will partner with Architects, Owners, and Engineers
Skills:
Geotechnical engineering, Civil engineering, Geotechnical, eit
Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, able to obtain PE at this position
New graduates are encouraged to apply, if willing to learn and partner with geotechnical team
MS Office
EIT preferred
