Aerotek is looking for qualified industrial maintenance professionals to work for the one of the largest E-commerce company at their new distribution center in Des Moines, IA!Job Title: Maintenance Technician IIPay : $29/hrShift: Day & NightsLocation: Des MoinesPOSITION SUMMARY:As a Maintenance Technician II, you will use your skills to support the maintenance team in repairing and maintaining equipment and the pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Technician II will have the ability to lead other service technicians and design solutions for difficult problems.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform day to day maintenance on the conveyor systems, including the hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
Maintaining and repairing distribution center equipment
Repairing and maintaining building pneumatic system
Completing preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures
Perform motor, roller, battery changes
Electrical knowledge of basics components
Troubleshooting and ability to identify errors and understand resources needed to resolve them
