This role will be responsible for leading efforts within the Engineering team that builds and maintains our backend services used by our digital and retail customer touch points such as underarmour.com and our native applications.Your Impact

Mentor, recruit, onboard, grow, and evaluate site reliability engineers

Establish and maintain standards for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery workflows for feature development teams

Collaborate with product teams to enable capabilities used by frontend teams to deliver delightful and performant experiences for our customers.

Collaborate with our infrastructure team to ensure that we are deploying and maintaining our services in the most efficient and performant way.

Contribute to long-term architecture and strategy of Under Armour’s e-commerce ecosystem

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience OR12 years of relevant experience without degree

Typically, 1 - 3 years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise.

High proficiency with NodeJS, Typescript and supporting frameworks like Express

Experience in developing advanced REST and GraphQL APIs with high througput

Proficiency with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker

Proficiency with CI/CD tooling such as Github Actions

Proficiency with source control including Git

Proficiency with command line navigation

Experience with site performance profiling and tuning

Experience working within a service-oriented architecture

Some experience in working with frontends built with React/NextJS or mobile applications platforms like iOS/Android.

Base Compensation$162,516.00 - $223,459.50 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. Responsibilities This position serves as the Program Manager (Senior Advisor) in a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Service Center Region or Region, Office of Policy, International Affairs & Environment (APL), National Engagement and Regional Administration (ARA). The position directly supports the Regional Administrator (RA) and reports directly to the Deputy Regional Administrator (DRA). The incumbent provides advice, counsel and support for assigned areas under the purview of the RA and DRA, and represents their interests in meetings with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Duties and responsibilities include: Influences the adoption or creation of policy on highly complex and challenging policy and performance issues that cross organizational lines in support of ARA corporate leadership and horizontal integration roles. Provides leadership and guidance for non-routine issues to ensure prompt response and appropriate level of investigation and follow-through.
