These solutions include, but are not limited to, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Reviews, Coaching and Development, Compensation Management, Learning, Great Place To Work, Pro Talk, Career Designer, and HRSD modules. This team works with all customer segments requiring a range of expertise from more prescribed implementations to those that require a much more consultative approach.The Manager performs in both a people management capacity and an implementation portfolio ownership capacity. This team of Consultants and Project Managers serves as the Executive Sponsor for their assigned projects, provides leadership throughout the launch cycle, and partners with other departments to deliver a launch experience that is aligned with expectations. The Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of top performers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability for UKG.Job Responsibilities: Owns the overall customer experience through implementation for each customer in their portfolio of projects Serves as the point of escalation above the Project Manager and responsible for negotiating and resolving escalations that arise during the implementation Serves as the Executive Sponsor for UKG on their projects and engages with C-Level and VP Level customer executives on a regular basis to ensure project oversight and success Accountable for meeting company metrics and performance targets for their team and project portfolio Responsible for the success of their portfolio working with both their own team members and managing those reporting into other groups in a matrix structure Responsible for hiring and development of team members Responsible for performance and compensation management of team members Builds relationships across UKG departments to ensure collaboration and problem solving Leads team through company changes Other duties as neededQualificationsBasic Qualifications: 3+ years of people management and/or mentoring experience Experience managing a portfolio of HCM implementations Experience building and managing relationships with customer executive leadership Ability to travel up to 25%Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills Organized, responsive, results driven General Business Acumen Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience MBA, PMP certification preferredPay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $96,900 to $139,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
