We are one team united to provide the best service for our members and providers.What projects might I support?  Although subject to change, examples of projects are included below:Collaborate with Operations Analytics on reporting and data analysisConduct side by sides with Operations teams to identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processesWork with Customer Service to analyze calls, give feedback, and find customer improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with Operations teams on day-to-day activitiesEngage in strategic planning and executionAssist with product rollout implementationEnhance business acumen in health care and work directly with members and providersI’m interested!
