This role will leverage technology and value-added processes to deliver strategic cloud solutions, decrease costs, and increase flexibility to meet business revenue targets. The Program Director will also manage project portfolios, resources, best practices, analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing.What You'll Do:As a Program Director in the Oracle Consulting for Industries Business Unit, you will:

Oversee all project delivery for one or more nominated accounts, within the Consulting Program portfolio.

Support Project Managers to plan and deliver managed services projects consistently on-time and on-budget.

Design, implement, and educate on standard Program Management processes aligned to the scope of Consulting.

Standardize reporting and business processes aligned with Consulting Initiatives

Provide program leadership through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Determine resource needs and communicate requests for personnel.

Anticipate and proactively remediate project issues internally and with customers.

Partner with Cloud Operations to ensure successful transition from delivery to day-to-day operations.

Strive to consistently improve customer satisfaction, delivery times, and service levels while reducing costs.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in a business or computer-related field

3+ years of related experience in a best-in-class project management organization

Experience in Hotel and/or restaurant management operations

Successful management of Oracle OPERA installations and version upgrades, Oracle Food & Beverage, and retail application installations

Knowledge and understanding of Oracle hospitality products and services.

Broad, strong technical knowledge encompassing Datacenter technologies, LAN/WAN Networking, Database, Platform, and application.

Experience utilizing enterprise project management tools such as Primavera.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language.

Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of project management, product design, or related industry management experience

Experience working in a matrix business environment, with a track record of delivering results through collaboration and working with internal and external organizations and individuals.

Strong technical knowledge and experience with Oracle Hospitality products and services

Experience with cloud-based technologies and solutions

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
