Maintains a comprehensive system to compile, manage, evaluate, and report data associated with district goals and initiatives. Provide data analysis services in a specialized area of expertise. Provide leadership and guidance to district leaders and teachers in the area of data analysis and interpretation for effective decision making.Hiring requirements:Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in education, educational measurement or statisticsOne year of successful experience in education or social research conducting data analysis and/or program evaluation.Highly Qualified Candidates will possess:Master's degree, preferably in education, educational measurement, or statisticsExperience working with Infinite Campus, Tableau, and/or QualtricsPosition Details:260 Days8 Hours/DayFinal salary will be determined by experience, education and skills.Des Moines Public Schools offers agenerous benefits packageincluding:IPERS
