Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate, experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to tackle complex business and technical challenges for OHAI Information Security and Compliance. This role will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that have significant impact for OHAI.Our Principal Technical Program Managers are required to define strategies for programs, identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements, drive delivery, effectively communicate project status, suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently, regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress, and share project information with stakeholders.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

Apply project management discipline to develop plans, define scope, document requirements, and manage schedule/resources for a complex group of projects

Maintain a high level of organization and planning while communicating with stakeholders to reach timelines and maintain customer satisfaction

Ability to drive projects across multiple teams located at different geographic locations

Independently identify risks, manage corrective action plans when budget or schedule deviations occur, and escalate / communicate project health to senior leadership

Own establishing and managing multiple project deliverables, communicating project and program vision and ensuring IT resources are aligned properly

Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Look for process definition and improvement opportunities and lead others in adhering to existing software development processes and contributing to their improvement

Ensure technical risks are identified and closed or mitigated to enable quality deliverables

Promoter of automation and use of modern project management processes and tools

Get the work done attitude

Basic Qualifications

5+ years leading complex technical programs

8+ years relevant work experience in program and project management

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Aptitude to work across and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures

Ability to effectively represent technical perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership

Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technical staff at all levels including the executive level

Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands.

Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with security, compliance, and cloud services

Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment

Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
