Coordinate a series of projects simultaneously with varying complexity and timelines.

Collaborate with our Risk and Payment Operations core teams in determining requirements and resources needed that allow new products and features to scale.

Develop project schedules based on the product requirements, technical challenges or constraints, tooling lead-times and operational needs.

Work with project team members to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.

Influence and lead efforts on behalf of Risk and Payment Operations with key cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, and Policy during design, build, launch, and expansion phases of the product life cycle.

Define and implement core key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring playbook to ensure the expected benefits are delivered and to track any unexpected issues after the project is executed.

Close project and ensure appropriate handoff to operational owners.

Conduct post mortems to assess elements of the project that were successful or unsuccessful to inform future improvements and reduced risks.

Maintain full visibility with leadership and other critical stakeholders throughout project.

Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for project team members, leadership and stakeholder review.

Work with project leaders to develop best practices and production processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment.

Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the US.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field and 24 months in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 24 months in the following:

End-to-end management of payment processing flows and rails, roles of parties involved, and types of payment methods

Time management and organization in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment

Collaborating and effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams

Controlling risk and priorities

Resolving conflicts by finding the win-win scenarios, identifying tradeoffs, and setting clear priorities

Communicating technical information effectively to different audiences.
