This role involves coordinating activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that project deliverables are met on time. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Work you'll do
Facilitate effective communication among project team members and client.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting outcomes.
Support the onboarding and offboarding of project personnel, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
Assist in the creation of project task orders, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurately presented.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather input and finalize task orders.
Oversee the management of project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the required specifications.
Support the business office director in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Generate financial reports and provide analysis to support project financial management.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and financial reporting.

Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 0-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
1+ years' experience in the following:
