Responsible for leading and developing a team of analysts and data science professionals to support Wellmarkâs corporate strategic initiatives and ultimately drive decisions. Manage the design and delivery of evidence-based recommendations to solve problems and increase efficiency, productivity, and improve outcomes. Ensure that models, data, and integrated solutions are provided to internal stakeholders, key decision makers and/or leadership across the organization.
