You’ll serve as a trusted advisor for key leaders and identify how MMIT’s solutions will support each client with achieving business priorities. You will be the expert when it comes to your clients.To succeed in this new role, you will:

Understand Each Client’s Strategy and corporate priorities as well as the competitive landscape to proactively identify and capture opportunities or address risks at strategic and tactical levels

Build Relationships of Influence by connecting with key executives, decision makers, and influencers to ensure satisfaction at the highest levels

Renew and Expand Revenue by leading the contract renewal processes and demonstrating deep knowledge of the account portfolio to align product offerings and packages with client needs

Identify New Opportunities by navigating the organization to build relationships with new brand teams and proactively address business needs with MMIT’s solutions

Collaborate internally with a team of Client Success and Solutions specialists dedicated to service clients and other duties as assigned

Requirements:As we expand the team, we’re looking for a VP with:

Account Leadership Experience: A proven track record expanding business with clients by engaging key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide value

Strategic Perspective: You approach each interaction from a strategic point of view and create account plans to ensure alignment across internal teams, identifying risks and opportunities as they emerge to build and maintain effective relationships

Contracting Skills: You’ve led contract negotiations in rapidly changing environments by proactively identify risks and opportunities within each account

Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry: You’re able to demonstrate deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and speak the language of life sciences clients when communicating about the strategic value of MMIT’s market access solutions

Collaboration: You have worked in a collaborative environment and thrive by partnering internally as well as with clients/prospects.

At least 10-15 years of experience in similar roles preferred

Travel: 25% - 50% which will require regular in-person attendance at company and client meetings. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 plus commissions. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.   • Manages and directs the fee-for-service billing and accounts receivable operations to ensure maximization of cash flow while improving patient, client, and customer relations. This position directs billing and collection and works closely with Clinical Services and other departments to ensure quality and compliant billing data and records. Maintains efficient and effective operations of Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and other payer sources which may play a part of receivables. Plans, directs, and supervises the daily operations of the entire billing functions, including, but not limited to, making sure appropriate billing codes are used to generate proper billing and shorter receivable periods. Oversees the current status of patient accounts and assists in identifying major hurdles in processes or regulations that may hold up collecting funds. Coordinates and ensures the entity and all its medical professionals, qualified or specified to provide revenue-generating services, are current on any credentialing activities or registrations. Manages the Accounts Receivable and Collection process. Develops effective reports to monitor aging reports and other possible issues. Identifies trends that may be contributing to a higher than acceptable rate of claim denials and develop strategies to improve collection performance. Prepares monthly aging reports, quarterly analysis, and potential write-off receivables. Ensures stewardship of financial resources.
