We are looking to add a professional bartender to our bar staff due to a continued increase in business. Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in upscale casual dining or fine dining with knowledge of wines and liquor.
The Big Steer has recieved multipal State & National awards for being the best steakhouse in Iowa. We are seeking a friendly, energetic individual with a professional attitude and appearance. Someone with excellent listening and speaking skills with the ability to remain professional and maintain a positive attitude during difficult situations.
Job summary:
The most important priority is to greet our guests with a positive, friendly attitude and determine how we can best accommodate their needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
Ability to maintain consistent high quality servive in a fast paced environment.
MUST maintain a clean and orderly bar & back stock.
Knowledge of POS systems.
Evening shifts include Friday, Saturday, Sunday & 2 weekday evenings.
Shift hours:
Monday thru Friday 4:30 pm to approx. 10:00 pm.
Saturdays 3:30 pm to approx. 10:30 pm.
Sundays 4:00 pm to approx. 9:30 pm.
