We are seeking a friendly, energetic individual with a professional attitude and appearance. Someone with excellent listening and speaking skills with the ability to remain professional and maintain a positive attitude during difficult situations.
Job summary:
The most important priority is to greet our guests with a positive, friendly attitude and determine how we can best accommodate their needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
Have an extensive knowledge of our menu.
Answer telephone, take reservations and manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests.
Knowledge of POS systems.
Handle daily financials including server checkouts, end of day reports, deposits, and drawer counts.
Oversee and assist dining room staff as required to ensure optimal service and guest satisfaction.
Evening shifts include Friday and Saturday evenings in addition to 1 or 2 weekday evenings.
Full time hours are available.
Shift hours:
Monday thru Friday 4:30 pm to approx. 10:00 pm.
Saturdays 3:30 pm to approx. 10:30 pm.
