Your Role as an RN or LPN:
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Use the nursing process to promote residents’ maximum mental and physical capabilities
- Provide safe, therapeutic care from admission through discharge
- Act as a positive clinical role model and resource for staff
What You’ll Bring:
- Licensure: Current RN or LPN license in the State of Iowa
- Certification: CPR Certification (required within six months of hire)
- Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
