NOW HIRING for maintenance position at a 79-unit apartment complex.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with manager to coordinate daily maintenance requests and apartment turnovers.
General carpentry and basic repairs-door hardware and locks, closet doors, window latches, screens, hinges, etc.
Wall repair and painting
General plumbing such as tub, toilet, sink, faucet, repairing or replacement.
Basic electrical-replace outlets, light switches, light fixtures/bulbs/ceiling fans.
HVAC knowledge to diagnose heating/cooling issues and/or be able to coordinate third party work as needed.
Assists with maintaining the exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
Assists with snow removal when needed.
Experience with appliance repair is a bonus, but not required.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Must be available for On-Call
Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver's License.
