I have a few open positions I'm looking to fill-
CASH PAID AFTER EACH STORM!
Plow truck operators - MUST HAVE valid license/car or ride to the shop and be insurable!
All trucks are newer Ford SuperDutys and Western plows
Skid loader operators - license is preferred but must have a reliable ride to the machine at minimum
All machines are newer CAT with cab/heat, back-up camera etc
Sidewalk crew - ideally looking for someone that can drive a truck and pull a trailer.
We mostly use ride-on sidewalk machines (very little snow blower or shovel)
Only looking to hire people that are always available whenever it snows, no matter the time or day and ideally wanting to stay for the entire snow season.
THIS CAN BECOME A FULL TIME JOB FOR NEXT SUMMER AS WELL
Work is all around Des Moines metro area.
