Iowa Concrete Leveling, a family owned construction company, in a highly specialized field relating to concrete repair is hiring an assistant to crew leader. Full time position offering on average 40 + hours weekly. This position has great potential for someone looking for a long term rewarding career.
Person will be responsible for preparing trucks for daily work schedule, setting up and unloading equipment on site, cleaning up work site and operating various types of construction related tools/equipment and minor maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation to and from work. Must be able to lift 50 - 100 lbs on a regular basis. Past experience within the construction industry operating hand held saws and drills a plus. Valid class B CDL a plus, but not required. Individual must be willing to obtain a class B CDL within 30 days of starting. CDL licensing expense will be paid for. Some studying at home in preparation for the written test may be required. Individual must be punctual/able to arrive at work on time in order to maintain daily schedules.
Hourly Wage : $14.00 - $18.00 and/or commensurate with experience.
