Local remodeling company is looking to team up with a design firm! We are looking to offer high end design-build services to our clients out of the same space. Ideally the design company would run the showroom part with separate offices in back for remodeling portion-so there would be some separation. The design firm would still have their own clients but be fed work from our remodeling company as part of the partnership. A small monthly rent fee would be in place the design firm would be responsible for monthly. High traffic location and great area in North Des Moines/Johnston border!
