AARP Foundation SCSEP needs an Employment Specialist to assist participants on the SCSEP program transition to unsubsidized employment. Some of the duties include but limited to:
Identifying Quality training opportunities
Developing Individual Training Plans
Encourage and motivate participants
Determine additional training, classes
Problem solve
Assist with job search
AARP Foundation SCSEP is a training program for people 55 or older, who aren't working, who are actively looking for work and meet income guidelines.
