This position is full-time.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer all incoming calls during scheduled office hours and handle caller’s inquiries or provide referrals whenever possible, or redirect calls as appropriate.
2. Greet, assist, and/or direct visitors.
3. Receive payments (cash, money order or personal check) and provide receipts.
4. Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages, faxes, and general office emails.
5. Coordinate communications with attorneys and clients.
6. Ordering office supplies
7. Maintain an organized and up-to-date mailbox and administrative forms area.
8. Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents.
Qualification
1. Must have the authorization to work in the U.S. with or without sponsorship.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite applications (i.e. Outlook; Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel)
4. Must be fluent in English. Spanish speaker strongly preferred.
