Preferred qualifications:

- 1 year of data entry experience

- 1 year of inventory control or shipment tracking/ordering within this environment

- Ability to transfer inventory from paper documents to ERP system (will be trained)

- High School Diploma

Job Description:

Will be working to input orders that were completed the day prior into the ERP system so inventory is accurate.

Working on orders for that day, making sure things are shipped, putting in purchase orders, updating inventory in the ERP system, printing out labels/paperwork, coordinating trucks/shipments coming in and going out, signing in truck drivers and getting them to fill out paperwork etc.

-Candidates must be prepared to go out to the warehouse to get more purchase orders if they get slow and make sure they are staying busy throughout the entire day on some occasions.

-Ability take orders from customers and internal team members and process invoices.

-Handle purchasing orders and other paperwork for production department.

-Ability to read purchase orders and communicate with the sales team or customer.

-Handle inventory control of products sent or returned.

-Submit orders for parts and work with the shipping manager.

-Work proactively to get orders inputting into the ERP system.
