Start each morning/daily activities: turn on TVs, lights, coffee, fill water, and refill coffee, cups, water for clients, add paper to copier
Log onto Clientworks (at LPL). Then web mail. - check calendars, meetings, emails, review calendars and reservations for conference room
Also check Clientworks (at LPL) for status and any Action Needed messages
Be alert to receiving clients at the front
Be alert to taking deliveries at the front
Other duties
Mailbox – go to mail box around 2pm to collect mail, then deliver mail to individuals
In office be available to: send faxes, create labels for overnight shipments, mail overnights, meter and post regular mail, maintain office supplies,
Business processing: be available and/or assist in processing new business, including form preparation, and the Clientworks system, watch status and service tabs for any action needed, and mailing client checks to sponsor, and/ or LPL and other providers.
Licensing: be available to handle state insurance licensing through NIPR
Advertising: respond to expiring marketing material, submit new material for advertising review and approval thru RegEd tab, work with LPL regarding maintenance of Web site, and links
Reports: run reports once a week: 10-day Insufficient Funds, and Trading Exceptions (low trades on fee-based accounts)
