We currently are accepting résumés for the full-time position of Bilingual Client Relations Associate. Job responsibilities focus on all areas related to maintaining positive relationships with our clients as we meet their needs to offer them exceptional janitorial and carpet cleaning services.
Requirements include:
Previous experience in client relations
Strong Computer skills (esp. Microsoft Office products)
Experience using Salesforce a plus
Clean criminal background
Valid Iowa driver’s license with clean driving record
Legal adult authorized to work in the U.S.
Clean criminal record
Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
Job duties include:
Communicating regularly with clients to ensure we are meeting their needs
Communicate with Operations Team via shift notes regarding clients’ needs
Being flexible and available outside of normal business hours via company phone to respond to any urgent client needs
