Lennox Manufacturing is currently hiring Assembly Line Workers at our production facility located in Marshalltown, IA.
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble HVAC components and systems according to specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow company safety and production guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule:
Full-time position, available shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Overtime may be available based on production demand.
Compensation:
Starting at $19.50 – $23.00 per hour, depending on shift and experience.
