Position Overview
As a State Farm team member for Ryan Clausen, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. If you don't have experience, no problem! We can teach you everything you need to know. What's more important to us is that you have drive and a good attitude. We will guide you through the process of becoming a State Farm agent.
Responsibilities
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
