We are in search of Tier 1 / 2 Windows and Windows Server Technicians to provide remote support to business customers. 1099 Contract Position
The job will entail supporting desktops and laptops with various versions of Windows Operating System. Additionally, Tier 2 support is needed for Windows Server Operating System of various versions. 3rd Party Application support will also be needed.
We are looking for individuals with either one or both of the following certifications which are current:
⢠MTA â Microsoft Technology Associate (Exam 98-365)
⢠MTA â Windows Operating System Fundamentals (Exam 98-349)
⢠*Higher level certifications or other applicable knowledge will be considered.
These are work from home position but may require limited in office time depending on you distance from our office. Out of State applicants will be considered.
Must be friendly and helpful when assisting callers. Customer service is a priority. Accurate ticketing is a must for every call.
Start date within the next 7 days.

Monday â Friday
⢠8:30am â 4:30pm
⢠4:00pm â 11:00pm
Saturday
⢠8:30am â 2:30pm
⢠2:00pm â 8:00pm
