Job Description: Assist with boning and cutting beef front and hind quarters. Also, assisting with slaughtering once a week. Must be experienced in lockers or packing plants. Butchering hogs may be required periodically (once a month).
Small to medium sized custom beef locker in Des Moines. Work with 3-4 other people to cut 12-16 beef a week.
Hours 5:30 AM-11:30 AM Mon-Friday.
$30-$35 hour
