As a Master Plumber with West Shore Home®, you will join us on our mission by serving as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing-related operations. You will balance your schedule with both office (30%) and field work (70%) and act as the primary back up to the Installation Manager who oversees our team of Shower/Bath Installers.
Compensation: Starting pay rate between $35-45/hour with a generous benefits package. Vehicle, gas, and drive time covered by West Shore Home.
Schedule: Monday – Friday beginning at 6:30AM, end times may vary. Paid holidays + paid time off!
Location: Des Moines, IA (On-Site)
Role requirements:
An active IA plumbing license in good standing for designated territory
A passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you
Strong attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License
