Total Exteriors, a leading roofing and siding company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Roof and Siding Repair Tech to join our team. If you are an experienced with a passion for quality construction and excellent customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
The Repair Tech will be responsible for completing repairs and also overseeing residential and commercial roofing and siding projects, ensuring they are completed with the highest quality standards. This key role plays a critical part in our company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Roof/Siding/Fascia/Soffit/Gutter repairs
- Supervise and provide leadership to field crews, subcontractors, and production staff
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address workmanship issues promptly
- Implement corrective actions and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety in all aspects of project operations
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in roofing and siding repairs. A deep understanding of roofing and siding materials, production processes, and installation methods is crucial. Knowledge of the latest industry trends, materials, and local building codes is also important.
- Proficiency with technology. Must be able to send emails and work with project management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The construction industry can be unpredictable, and problems will inevitably arise. This position should be adept at finding solutions quickly and efficiently.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to quality control are essential. Ensuring that roofing and siding materials meet quality standards and specifications is a vital part of the role.
- Safety is a top priority at Total Exteriors. This position should have a strong commitment to safety practices and the ability to enforce safety protocols and regulations.
- Valid driver's license. You will need to be able to be added to our company’s auto insurance as a driver.
