Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for the execution of exceptional customer service at all times. The Restaurant General Manager, along with the rest of the Management Team will be responsible for training and developing staff and ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and guidelines are being followed at all times. Financial reports and the achievement of financial goals will be the duty of the Assistant Manager. The Restaurant General Manager must have an open line of communication between FOH, BOH, and Management. Some practical tasks include upkeep of cleaning lists for all front-of-house areas, maintaining a clean and orderly game room, and responding to all guest feedback and reviews. The FOH Assistant Restaurant Manager will act as an Event Coordinator and must be skillful in planning and executing birthday parties. The Restaurant General Manager will assist with interviewing and hiring employees. The Restaurant General Manager will be the face of the business to the community and will act as a brand ambassador at all times.

Qualifications:
· The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
· A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
· The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
· The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
