Express Employment Professionals is in search of a Direct Hire- 3rd shift Supervisor.
This position is a salaried position paying $50,000-$60,000/year.
Duties include-
Support of the Safety Policy in day to day activities.
Review daily production requirements.
Assign personnel daily jobs that support production requirements.
Ensure personnel are adequately trained and verify training was effective.
Create electronically generated process sheets and various forms.
Monitor and verify employee time sheets.
Enforcement of disciplinary action.
Communicate professionally and effectively with people at all levels within the company
