We're seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment for our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support the seamless operation of our world-class culinary team. Key responsibilities:
-Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
-Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
-Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
-Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
-Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues
Core Equipment You'll Work On:
-Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines
-Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets
-Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems
-Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems
