The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, phone skills and like a fast-paced environment where you can stretch your problem-solving skills. Financial Industry experience is a plus but not required!We are located 5 miles north of Fairfield on the beautiful Pleasant Plain Road and offer standard working hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mondaythrough Friday. In this role, your time will be split between the following tasks.Providing customer service to Financial Professionals via phone calls or emails
Processing service tickets submitted by Financial Professionals
