Description We are working with an established organization, offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role focusing on tasks such as assembly scanning, e-filing, workflow entry, reporting, and due date tracking. The role also involves administrative duties to support the line of business, with a particular focus on the assembly and packaging of paper returns for delivery to external clients. Responsibilities: Assemble and print tax returns using firm software tools and workflow tool instructions Ensure all required client deliverables are included in documents saved to the document management system and prepared for external client delivery Take responsibility for tax organizers, tracking of due dates, and new client setup Handle scanning of client workpapers, if applicable, and delivery of tax returns Meet client expectations for timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy, and service quality Perform other duties as assigned Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks Maintain a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Demonstrate effective organization and time management skills Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Requirements Proficiency in Reporting and Quality management. Experience in Workstation Support and Scanning. Strong Time Management skills. Proven ability in Client Relations and Tax management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites. Experience in Printing and Paper management. Ability to handle Deliverable and Packaging Components. Knowledge of Tax Returns and e-Filing processes. Familiarity with Document Management and Work Papers. Experience in Document Scanning and Photocopying/Scanning documents. Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Must be a detail-oriented problem solver. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
