Paper Crane is currently seeking line cooks to join our team. We are a new independent concept (we just hit 1 year as of November) and serve as the sister restaurant to the Webster, also located in Iowa City.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available. This position is primarily for a PM Line Cook, with most shifts being closing shifts. Closing shifts typically start from 4pm and run until close 11:30pm/midnight on most days.
We are a full-service restaurant that focuses on craft ramen production as well as a variety of other Asian-themed appetizers and dishes. You will work in a brand-new kitchen with modern equipment; alongside working together with chefs with years of experience and strong connections to the IC community.
Experience and knowledge of working in a full-service restaurant is beneficial but not necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know as long as you’re willing to learn.
Insurance is available for full time positions. Staff meal is provided and paid for by the restaurant. Pay is weekly.
