Looking for a maintenance technician to help maintain and complete repairs for an apartment community in Iowa City. Experiance not nessassary but preferred. Work includes, but is not limited to:
-Drywall repair
-Minor plumbing
-Minor electrical
-Painting
-Perform Prevenative Maintenance
-Common area maintenance
-and more.
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with rotating oncall. Salary range is $16-$21 based on level of experience.
