Tidewater Direct in West Branch, Iowa is seeking a Full-time all-around helper for its day and night shifts. No experience required, just a can-do spirit and a reliable work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Boxing & Shrink Wrapping: Package finished products to ensure they’re ready for shipment.
Production Assistance: Support machine operators during production runs, helping to keep things moving smoothly.
Job Setup Assistance: Help prepare materials and tools used in the production process, ensuring machines are ready to run.
Shipping & Logistics: Wrap and secure pallets of products to prepare them for shipment.
Other Tasks: Be ready to lend a hand wherever needed to support production goals.
We are looking for a team player with a “can do” mindset, the willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Must be have dependable and punctual work habits. Must have the ability to lift 25lbs. and more, and stand for extended periods.
Starts at $16 per hour.
