We are seeking a full-time maintenance technician for a group of apartment complexes in the Iowa City/North Liberty area. Responsibilities include general hands-on maintenance, coordinating with vendors and obtaining bids for larger jobs, preparing vacant apartments for move-ins, completing work orders in a timely fashion, responding to occasional on-call emergencies, keep grounds litter free.
Interested applicants should have a professional attitude and be able to work independently.
Must furnish own hand tools, have reliable transportation and pass criminal background check. Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills a plus.
