Our experts co-create products with customers to bring innovations to major industry sectors such as transportation, consumer goods, industrial applications, and construction.These solutions contribute to a sustainable future by pushing the boundaries in thermal resistance, robustness and lightweight applications.The primary function of this job is to prioritize, plan, and schedule maintenance work activities to ensure production and logistics achieve productivity goals and maintenance department meets schedule compliance goals. The job requires technical and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills. The position’s responsibilities include assisting maintenance technicians in preventative maintenance and repair of the facility and its equipment.During your Monday to Friday day shift as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, you will

Plan activities for maintenance technicians and contractors by securing parts, developing work steps, and identifying resources required to perform job

Contact vendors to resolve technical issues, obtain quotes, and schedule resources on site.

Work with maintenance supervisor, production supervisors, and engineers to develop preventative maintenance and planned outage schedules

Process maintenance work orders: verify/clarify scope, input SAP coding, backlog management, and closure of completed work orders.

Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for repair and spare parts, supplies, and outside service.

Identify required stock levels of spare parts, organize storage locations, update inventory list, and replenish part stock level as needed

Assist in developing, creating, correcting, and tracking of maintenance plans, functional locations, and task lists.

Issue safe work and other required permits to contractors and internal maintenance technicians performing work outside the scope of production owning/operating departments.

Position part of maintenance on-call afterhours rotation - ability to troubleshoot and correct plant issues and provide guidance on repairs when others maintenance members are on-call.

If you

Possess a High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma.

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Have overall 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment this would be highly desired.

Possess computer skills in MS office suite, SAP maintenance, and SAP procurement

Have strong written and verbal communications skills

Possess knowledge of instrumentation and electrical troubleshooting
