Process paperwork from the production floor
Typing data from NSIS program
Organize HACCP data
Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program
Prepare final reports from the data collected
Be able to analyze and trend data accurately
Be part of any internal/3rd party audits
Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports
Organize USDA reports
Any other duties assigned by management
Learn Food Safety Programs
Create reports and distribute to all departments
Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programs
Required skills:
Attention to detail
Organized and reliable
Confident in problem solving
Time management; Accuracy
Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge and good computer skills
Able to communicate verbally and in written form,with management team
Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled)
