What Youâll Be Doingâ¦
Our highly automated, state of the art, Clear Lake Iowa Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated Material Handlers to join our team. This is a chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet completely professional team environment. If you like the sound of these job tasks and perks, then being a Material Handler is right up your alley!
o Keep Your Edge - Stay mentally sharp throughout your shift pulling and picking orders as you strategically working your magic
o Stay Fit- Get your workout in as you bend, twist, lift to 50lbs occasionally and 30lbs frequently, while walking up to 10 miles per night while you ship, receive, store, and distribute products
o Work Hard, Play Hard â Thatâs right! Your performance will help you earn financial incentive on top of your regular pay
o Night Owl? - Because of the pace and precision of our work, your night will fly by
o Thatâs How We Roll â Take advantage of possible training to use power equipment such as a forklift, hand tools, and other devices

o We offer competitive pay starting at $15/hr. plus an additional $ .50/hr. night shift differential

What We Need from Youâ¦
o Ability to work Sunday 4:30 pm â 1:00 am or until the work is done, Monday through Thursday, 5:30 pm - 2:00 am or until the work is done. Daily overtime is more common, but typically not week-ends
o A High School Diploma or Equivalent
o Distribution or warehouse experience
o Pre-Employment background and drug screen required
