King Construction & Overhead Door, Inc. of Clear Lake has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will assist in a variety of day-to-day planning and operations. JOB DESCRIPTION
⢠Greets and directs visitors to the company
⢠Responds to incoming communications such as telephones, emails, etc.
⢠Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company locations, company fax numbers, website, etc.
⢠Assists sales department in tracking leads
⢠Writing and sending proposals for construction and overhead door bids
⢠Assisting overhead door manager with scheduling of repairs and new installs
⢠Assisting overhead door manager with follow-up calls for sales leads and estimates
⢠Coordinates the pickup and delivery of mailing services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
⢠Orders/ stocks and distributes office supplies
⢠Miscellaneous clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, etc.
⢠Assists with the onboarding of new employees (paperwork)
⢠Administer payroll and hours for all hourly employees and track hours to jobs
⢠Bill out overhead door and construction jobs and track to ensure profitability
⢠Additional tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS
⢠Post-Secondary Education Preferred
⢠Experience In Construction/ Overhead Doors Preferred
⢠3 Years of Relevant Administrative Experience
