Analyze information requirements and create an action plan to meet those requirements. Write, test, and debug computer software for various projects. Extract and report data as necessary to support decision-making processes. Assist in the development of project schedules and ensure their execution. Maintain installed software systems to ensure their proper functioning and efficiency. Provide timely support to end-users as needed, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. Use your knowledge of .NET, Microsoft Azure, Agile Scrum, and API Development to develop and implement software solutions. Utilize your skills in Azure SQL Database and IT project management to lead projects and perform programming tasks. Act as a mentor to other developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, specifically within a .NET environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Agile Scrum, .NET, API Development and Azure SQL Database. Strong IT project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and ability to apply them in practice. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor and develop a team of developers. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is highly desirable. Certifications in Microsoft Azure or .NET would be considered an asset. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers and product owners. Familiarity with modern application design principles, practices, and technologies. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on data. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
