This internship will focus on various aspects of program development and implementation. Interns would typically assist with needs assessments, materials preparation, and media capture (photos and videos), while also learning about best practices in training and learning.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development: Contribute to the creation of training materials, including presentations, guides, and other resources.Materials Preparation: Prepare training materials, organize documents, and assist with logistics for training events.Learning Management System (LMS): Assist with maintaining the LMS, uploading materials, and tracking participant progress.Feedback and Evaluation: Assist with collecting feedback on training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.Reporting and Documentation: Assist with preparing reports on training activities and documenting program implementation.
