About The Job: The Clinic Registered Nurse is responsible for managing nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient's health and wellness within their scope of practice. The Clinic Registered Nurse will direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care within the facility as assigned by the Clinic Director or RN Supervisor. This includes the evaluation, revision, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures related to the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care; maintenance of clinical staff personnel and education records; in-services and performs Clinical Staff functions. The Shift: Monday-Friday- Days The Pay: Starts at $24.63 increases with experience What We Need From You: Education: Graduate of an accredited program in professional nursing. Current R.N. licensure in the State of Iowa. ACLS certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire PALS certification preferred, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire Experience: Previous experience in a health care setting is preferred. Special Skills & Aptitudes: Verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates knowledge and support for the principles of customer relations in daily activities with others.
