As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll set the tone for an energetic, supportive, and customer-focused team. You'll ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting impression and that our customers walk away not only satisfied but delighted. You will also work closely with team members to ensure their experience is stellar. Your role will include:
Leading with Positivity: Cultivate a warm, welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle customer issues with grace and empathy, ensuring swift and effective resolutions that exceed expectations.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted point of contact and advocate.
