Heavenly Pet Sanctuary, a no-kill animal shelter in Fairfield has the following positions open:
Evening feeding person: 5pm â 7pm, 5 â 6 evenings a week including weekends; feeding all of the cats at the shelter, light kitchen clean-up, some litterbox cleaning; a delightful job for someone who loves cats (and dogs); enjoys working alone; has a great memory for detail; and is 100% dependable, living in the Fairfield area within 10 miles with car.
Animal Caregiver & cleaning: 8am-12:30pm Help clean and take care of the many cats at our shelter. Job consists of lots of basic housecleaning + litterboxes; some animal care and is a good fit for anyone who likes a more physical job, enjoys working around cats (and dogs) and prefers a peaceful environment. Must be a very good housecleaner, physically strong and capable of working fast and thoroughly.
Office help part-time, Tues, Thurs & Sat, and can be combined with feeding cats. Skills needed are excellent computer knowledge of MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, advanced use of pdf docs and scanning. Good, fast, accurate typing a must. 60+ wpm minimum.
Handyperson to do home and outdoor repairs, versatile, experienced, must have own tools, grounds work also available.
